The word ‘spiritual’ has been abused and misused and consequently there is a huge
amount of fear of even saying it out loud in some 
circles. It’s one of those sad ironies in that we are more spiritual than anything else hence, being spiritual isn’t really an option. What is an option is how we cultivate this garden inside of ourselves, our inner-scape that has many layers and dimensions of emotion and preponderances and Beings all around.
When we are left to follow our own instincts, we are lead to the tools we need to pursue our Truth. This was the case for Tina and Tilde from the beginning of their lives as sisters together. They both report that as children they had encounters with Beings that sometimes confused and amused them, and they had questions…they were lead to a Ouija board in the parlor at one point and have never looked back.
The Ouija board is, as they point out, a board made of wood with letters on it and it is really nothing to be afraid of. In using the board over the years they have been able to learn to protect themselves from negative spirits that do indeed exist, and have been introduced to their own personal spirit guides as well.
