Andrew Basiago was a child participant in a DAARPA (Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency) time travel program called Project Pegasus, during which, he was involved in various time travel and advanced technology exploratoration projects. One of these projects was teleporting to Mars through a “jump room”. He and another child participant, William B. Stillings, have confirmed that they encountered Barry Soetoro, now called Barak Obama on Mars.
